In her spare time, Alex enjoys reading, listening to music, watching movies and spending time with her orange boys Spiderman and Venom.
Ouija
Official Greeter
Hi, my name is Ouija! When I first came to Burnhamthorpe Animal Hospital (BAH) in the spring of 2012, I didn’t have a name. The Mississauga Animal Control picked me up off the road after being hit by a car. They took me to BAH because they knew they would provide me with the best care and compassion a homeless kitty could ever hope for. I was very cooperative for all of my x-rays and treatments and surgical repair of my fractured right hip and knee. The veterinarians and staff at the clinic loved me so much that they decided to make this clinic my forever home!
I have recovered very well since then and can be seen lounging in the reception area. I love to come and greet all of our clients and their pets… especially rabbits and guinea pigs. Be sure to ask our receptionist if you can give me a treat next time you stop by for a visit! (wink, wink).
Hex
Official Greeter… second in command
Hex was brought to us by Mississauga Animal Services in June, 2016 with an injured right front leg. After treating her with various medications, time and TLC, Hex improved dramatically and regained full use of her leg.
Like Ouija, we fell in love with Hex very quickly. Although Hex was very shy when she first came to us, that did not last too long! Most of the time you will find her on the reception chair, waiting to see who walks in the door.
Hex and Ouija make a great team!
