Dear Valued Client,
We are excited to announce that as of October 1, 2014, in an effort to optimize service to you and your pets, we will be centralizing all of our veterinary services to one location. As a result, all of our staff and services currently offered at Erin Centre Veterinary Services (EVCS) will be merged with our nearby full service main location Burnhamthorpe Animal Hospital (BAH), located at 600 Burnhamthorpe Road West in Mississauga. Over the past 20 years, many of you and your pets have visited our BAH location and have obtained the same level of excellent service that you have experienced at ECVS.
By centralizing all veterinary services to one location, we will be able to offer the following added services to you and your pets:
- Increased hours of veterinary care and service with a veterinarian available Monday-Friday 8:00 am -7:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Access to x-rays, surgery, hospitalization, treatments, dentistry, laboratory services and boarding within the same location eliminating the requirement for patient transfer
- Same high standard of client service and patient care at our American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited hospital (achieved by only 12% of animal hospitals in Canada and the USA)
- Familiar Veterinarians and support staff you have come to know at ECVS
- Greater availability of inventory and food products
- Access to Registered Veterinary Technicians for questions, concerns and services
- Your pets’ medical records are already at our BAH location; no need to transfer
For those of you not familiar with our BAH location, we have included a map (see reverse) where you can see the close proximity and convenient location of our main hospital.
To showcase our main location, we would like to invite you, your family and your pets to an open house at BAH on Sunday September 21, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, so you can familiarize yourself and your pets with our hospital. Please join us for a great afternoon of fun, canine demonstrations, hospital tours and prizes!
We would like to remind you of our added service through our on-line VETstore where you can order your pets’ products at your convenience and have them delivered directly to your home!
